SHIPPING, RETURNS & FAQ

Shipping

Every tee is made to order, just for you — please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. After production, standard shipping within the US takes about 3–4 business days (express 1–3); international shipping takes between 1 and 20 business days depending on your country. We ship worldwide. You'll get tracking by email when your order leaves the printer. Original artwork ships from Kyoto, Japan, and is quoted per piece.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered — please check the size guide on the product page before buying. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it — that one's on us. If a package is lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an order goes to a wrong address given at checkout, or a shipment goes unclaimed, reshipping is at the buyer's cost. To contact us about an order, use the form on the Commissions page and mention your order number.
